GENERAL INFO FOR BUYERS !!!
Orders are getting shipped within 3 working days, though in most cases I do my best to post them next working day.
Items colours may appear slightly different on photos (due to light reflection, camera quality, ebay photo uploading etc)
FOR CLOTHING: Before buying please check the measurements (I use the ruler for that) which are usually shown on photos. Every person is different, so for example a Large t-shirt that perfectly fits me, may be to small or to big for another person.
FOR PRE-OWNED ITEMS: I do all my best to describe and display on photos any imperfection. I do carefully inspect all items before listing them.
Please understand that if item is pre-owned it may have some signs of use which I genuinly did not notice, eg a microscopic mark, or a loose stitch, or a tiny pull or catch.
COMBINED ORDERS: If you want to purchase 2 or more items, please get in touch and we can sort out a discound for any addition item.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION THERE MAY BE DELAYS ON DELIVERIES, THERE ARE ISSUES WITH ALL COURIER PROVIDERS AT THE MOMENT. SO THE ESTIMATE DELIVERY DATE THAT IS SHOWN ON EBAY IS NOT 100% GUARANTEED
IN SOME CASES PARCELS CAN TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED.eg. IF YOU ARE ORDERING SOMETHING ON WEDNESDAY & YOU NEED IT TO BE DELIVERED BY FRIDAY FOR SOMEONES BIRTHDAY, THEN UNFORTUNATELY IN MOST CASES IT WILL NOT ARRIVE ON TIME.
BEFORE SENDING ME HARASSING / AGGRESSIVE MESSAGES, PLEASE CHECK THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT IS ALWAYS ATTACHED TO EVERY ORDER.
I'M NOT A ROYAL MAIL OR HERMES MANAGER, SO I CAN NOT MAKE THEM WORK FASTER & DELIVER PARCELS ON TIME.
IF YOU WANT TO FIND OUT MORE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR PARCEL, YOU CAN USE THE TRACKING NUMBER & CONTACT THE COURIER COMPANY DIRECTLY.
WHEN PLACING ORDER ON FRIDAY EVENING, PLEASE DON'T MESSAGE ME ON MONDAY MORNING ASKING ME 'WHERE IS MY PARCEL', I'M NOT AMAZON PRIME, SORRY.
If your address is Flat / Apartment,
to avoid any inconvenience please consider using Click & Collect
eBay service when making a purchase.
