WONDERFUL AND VERY RARE COLLECTORS ITEM

Walt Disney's Cinderella

French edition with 3 picture 78 records,
exclusively made by Pathe in 1950.

Even as a vintage records dealer in France I have very rarely seen a nicer one, and most of the times you will find the records only.

The book contains three very nice illustrated 78rpm records with gorgeous colors.

Record 1 is in very good condition, but has a few internal cracks (all solid) which do not affect the illustration and recorded surface. Hardly visible. There is also one light needle scratch which should not sound. It happened when the original owner tried to listen to the record: the tonearm went from start to center while record rotated. In any case this is not a serious damage and should not sound if you still listen to illustrated 78 records. Record reference: PSP 1. Matrix numbers: CPT 7903 and CPT 7904.

Records 2 is in great condfition, the only thing I can notice is a very super small edge chip (2mm x 1mm) not affecting the illustrated and recorded surfaces. Considered minor as it is almost not visible unless you look closely. Record reference: PSP 2. Matrix numbers: CPT 7905 and CPT 7906.

Record 3 is in great condition. No edge chips, no cracks, no locked grooves. Record reference: PSP 3. Matrix numbers: CPT 7907 and CPT 7908.

The book (as pictured) is in great condition for its age. The top and bottom rims of the pages and covers are a bit worn but not much considering that this was made for kids and that the paper is fragile. The pages (record sleeves) are all very nice with gorgeous colors, without writings. Only one or two small tears, all visible on the pictures. Only sleeve 1 shows a very small rim split, less than an inch long. All red tapes on the three sleeves are intact and do not remove.

As a professional dealer we know how to pack 78 records. We will put the book between two solid wood boards at first, then double bubble-wrap it, and finally put it in a solid carton box. So far we never had any broken record so you should no worry about this. Shipping will be insured. Total weight should not exceed 4LBs (2 kilos).

PAYMENT:

You may use eBay check-out, however some shipping rates and options may not be compatible with this system. Should this happen, all options will be included in the shipping costs.

PayPal users must pay by 3 days. We do not charge PayPal fees as paying for them is ILLEGAL.
French bidders must pay by 7 days.
European bidders outside of France must pay by 10 days.
Overseas bidders must pay by 14 days.

The above time frames apply once the total to pay (including shipping costs) has been given the high bidder.
Unless agreed prior to bidding, we will not accept slow payments due to holidays or similar reasons.
Too many people have been abusing of such reasons while internet is widely accessible nowadays.

CASH and PAYPAL PAYMANTS CAN BE PAID IN USD.
ALL OTHER PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN EURO.

We accept the following methods of payment:

• PayPal: only for foreign buyers. In EURO except for US bidders who may pay in USD.

• Money Orders (Postal or other) in EURO ONLY.

• For payments over €200 we can take travellers cheques in EURO currency ONLY.

• Wire transfers (bank to bank) are accepted in EURO currency ONLY. Add 16 euros if you are outside of the European Union.

• Foreign drafts in EURO only (these are bank checks issued by a french division of a foreign bank so that the money travels between two french banks, hence no expensive charges on our side).

• French buyers can pay by personal check (held until clears).

Serious buyers with whom we already made successful transactions can split their payment under certain conditions (please email us).

We reserve the right to refuse any payment not respecting our payment terms.
We will NOT ship until full payment is received.



SHIPPING:

Shipping costs are not negotiable. International bidders are welcome but no complaints on shipping costs will be accepted.

Because we run a shop, we can only pack your item(s) outside of our opening hours. Therefore, items which are difficult to pack or which require special care while packing will usually ship in maximum two to three weeks. Other items usually ship during the week when payment is received. Please understand that our shipping schedules cannot justify a late payment, and that a fast payment cannot expect a fast shipping.

Buyer can collect his item(s) at our shop (address and opening hours here). In this case, all items must be paid on time and will be kept maximum one month. After this time the transaction will be void, we will refund your payment less a 25% restocking fee and all refund fees (if any).

If shipping is desired, buyer will pay actual shipping costs, which are not negociable. We reserve the right to charge the packing material purchased to ship buyer's item(s). Used packing material is always free. We do not charge other handling fees.

Please note that some items won't be shipped, which will be mentioned in their descriptions.


International Shipping rates:

- AirMail: called Colissimo International. Usually ships in around 10 days, but can take more if kept by customs and other parties. Insurance available up to 1500 euros (add 1 euro for each 150 euros insured). We are not responsible of uninsured items. Insured items are refunded only once we get refunded by the posts. We cannot be held responsible if the posts cannot refund. All rates can be obtained from www.coliposte.net .

- Economy AirMail: usually ships within 3 weeks. Cannot be insured. All rates can be obtained from www.coliposte.net .

- We can also ship UPS, FedEx or DHL upon request, but this will cost much more than the above Post Office rates.

We pack our items very well. We want them to arrive to you like we would like to receive them. However, we cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Such problems can only be solved with the posts.



BIDDING / FEEDBACK:

Do not bid at the last second: many other bidders will do the same thing and this won't give you another chance to bid again and eventually win the auction.

Positive feedback will be given to all successfull transactions paid on time.

We will post our feedback after having recieved yours. We apologize for doing this but too many buyers forget to post theirs once we posted ours. We do NOT reciprocate negative or neutral feedback unless they are abusive.

If we ever happen to post a negative feedback by mistake, we will gladly withdraw it at our cost if no negative has been received. We will of course add a follow-up with a positive comment indicating and appologizing for our mistake. So far, this never happened.


For the few time wasters around, we will cancel and block without exception:

- Bidders with no feedback or with recent negative feedback.

- Sleepy accounts showing very low activity: we do this for only one reason: we hate people who register secondary accounts to shill their auctions. What they do is simple: they bid on several or many items to get some feedback. Once done, they bid on their own items to raise the prices, making it almost impossible for buyers to realize that the account belongs to the seller. HOWEVER, EBAY USES INTERNAL TRACKING TOOLS WHICH ALWAYS RECORD YOUR IP AND OTHER INFORMATIONS WHEN YOU BID.

- Suspicious bids, especially those placed little by little just to make the underbidder pay the maximum.

- Bidders who retract their bid in a suspicious manner, for example after outbiding the previous highest bidder in order to know his maximum amount, and then bid again just under this amount so that he pays the maximum. This will always be reported to eBay and often results in an account suspension.


We will not accept any bid retraction unless you bid again in the next two minutes and show that your previous bid was indeed mistaken.

To be fair with everybody we do not end our auctions early and do not accept personal offers. We only cancel and relist auctions containing a mistake in the item description which cannot be corrected due to actual bids.


MISC:

All items are sold as described, AS IS, without warranty.
No returns will be accepted unless an evident mistake was made in the item description.

What is pictured here is what you get: do not assume anything else is included in the auction unless otherwise specified.
We only use our own pictures and do not alter them to fake the condition of our items.

Nous nous excusons de l'aspect sévère de nos conditions de vente, leur but étant de nous protéger contre les abus et les mauvais enchérisseurs qui enchérissent sans réfléchir, sans lire la description de ce qui est mis en vente, ou encore, sans se soucier des conditions élémentaires de vente (objets à retirer sur place, moyens de paiement).

REGLEMENT:

Vous pouvez utiliser le système de facturation d'eBay, cependant celui-ci peut ne pas être totalement compatible avec certaines options d'envoi. Dans ce cas, la totalité des frais de port sera renseignée dans le champ qui convient.

Le règlement doit être reçu sous:

Méthodes de paiement:

Aucune expédition ne sera faite en cas de règlement incomplet.

Tout défaut de paiement fera l'objet d'une évaluation négative (nous ne cherchons plus à comprendre), un litige pour non paiement, et la mise en liste noire de l'utilisateur afin qu'il ne puisse enchérir sur nos ventes.


EXPEDITION, RETRAIT SUR PLACE EN MAGASIN:

Les acheteurs étrangers sont les bienvenus mais aucune réclamation sur les frais de port ne sera acceptée.

Les objets que nous expédions peuvent aussi être retirés sur place à notre magasin aux horaires d'ouverture (nos coordonnées sont généralement affichées au dessus des conditions de vente, sinon vous les trouverez sur notre page eBay en cliquant sur ).

Toute expédition est à la charge de l'acheteur et ses frais ne sont pas négociables. Elle est obligatoirement tracée (colissimo, recommandé, etc.) et nous nous réservons le droit de facturer le matériel d'emballage acheté à cet effet. Le matériel d'emballage de récupération est gratuit. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de problème durant l'envoi de tout objet. Les emballages et les expéditions étant gérés uniquement en dehors de nos horaires d'ouverture. Les objets lourds et/ou encombrants seront généralement expédiés sous deux à trois semaines. Les autres seront envoyés rapidement, typiquement dans la semaine suivant la réception du règlement. En aucun cas nos délais d'envoi ne peuvent justifier un retard de paiement, et en aucun cas un paiement rapide ne peut supposer un envoi rapide.

EN CAS DE CASSE DURANT L'ENVOI: à titre de rappel, La Poste n'accepte pas la mention FRAGILE et tout objet endommagé sans pour autant que son emballage ne le soit sera considéré comme fragile par La Poste, et donc non remboursable, même dans le cadre d'un envoi assuré. Par contre, les paquets physiquement endommagés doivent être IMPERATIVEMENT REFUSES au guichet de façon à ce qu'ils nous soient retournés afin de pouvoir remplir une réclamation permettant d'obtenir un remboursement. Si vous retirez un colis endommagé, vous déchargez la poste de tout litige et perdez toute possibilité de remboursement.

Certains objets ne seront pas expédiés: ceci sera alors mentionné dans leurs descriptions et l'acheteur devra venir les chercher sur place à notre magasin aux horaires d'ouverture.

Tout objet à retirer sur place devra être intégralement payé dans les délais impartis (voir ci-dessus), et sera gardé un mois maximum. Passé ce délai, la vente sera annulée, l'objet sera remis en stock moyennant des frais s'élevant à 25% du montant de l'enchère finale, en plus d'éventuels frais de remboursement. Le solde sera alors remboursé à l'enchérisseur qui recevra une plainte pour défaut de paiement, une évaluation négative, et le blocage de nos futures ventes. L'objet sera éventuellement remis en vente.

Les disques 33T 25cm et 30cm sont généralement expédiés dans des boites spéciales facturées 2,00 euros ($3.00) en plus des frais d'expédition. Ces boîtes peuvent contenir jusqu'à 4 disques suivant leur épaisseur.

Les disques 78T 25cm et 30cm sont d'abord emballés entre deux planches de contreplaqué en plus du reste. Ces planches sont facturées 3,00 euros ($4.50) en plus des frais d'expédition.


ENCHERES / EVALUATIONS (FEEDBACK):

Une évaluation positive sera donnée à tout enchérisseur sérieux honorant ses obligations dans les délais impartis.

Nous posterons notre évaluation après avoir reçu la votre. Nous ne nous vengeons pas des évaluations négatives (sauf abus), mais ne voulons plus être victime d'oublis (comparez le nombre d'évaluations que nous avons laissées par rapport au nombre d'évaluations reçues).

Nous annulerons et bloquerons sans exception:
- Les utilisateurs utilisant un compte sans évaluations, ou ayant reçu des notes négatives récentes.

- Les utilisateurs ayant un compte ancien ou dormant et montrant peu d'activité. Trop de gens s'amusent à se créer des comptes secondaires afin de les utiliser pour recevoir des évaluations, ce qui les cache petit à petit et leur permet d'enchérir sur leurs propres ventes. EBAY DISPOSE D'OUTILS INTERNES QUI ENREGISTRENT VOS ADRESSES IP AINSI QUE D'AUTRES INFORMATIONS PERMETTANT D'EFFECTUER DES RAPPROCHEMENTS POUR DECELER LES FRAUDES ET ABUS.

- Les utilisateurs plaçant des enchères douteuses, par exemple petit à petit afin de faire payer le sous-enchérisseur au maximum.

- Les utilisateurs rétractant leur(s) enchère(s) de façon douteuse, en particulier pour deviner le montant maximum du sous-enchérisseur pour ensuite enchérir juste en dessous afin qu'il paye le maximum. Ces enchères seront toujours dénoncées auprès d'eBay, ce qui se termine généralement par une suspension de compte.

N'enchérissez pas à la dernière seconde: d'autres personnes font la même chose, ce qui ne vous laissera pas le temps d'enchérir à nouveau.

Nous n'accepterons aucune annulation d'enchère sauf si vous enchérissez à nouveau dans les deux minutes suivant l'annulation.

Afin d'être équitable avec tout le monde, nous n'arrêterons pas cette vente et n'accepterons pas d'offres privées.


DIVERS:

Sauf contre indication, tous nos objets sont vendus pour ce qu'ils sont, en l'état, sans garantie. Aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée et aucun retour ne sera effectué (sauf erreur évidente dans la description, sous réserve de vérification).

Ce qui est mis en vente est visible sur les photos. Nous n'utilisons que nos propres photos et nous ne les modifions pas pour fausser l'état de nos objets.
