- Cover: VGVG (Has wear along the edges and corners-has a ring on the front and back cover from the record. Someone's name is written in ink near the top right corner of the front cover.
- Book: VG+ (The bottom of the pages of the book has dirt from water, but does not effect any of the design or reading)
