I usually won't use Mint but in this case the record album is so pristine it has to be full proper mint, the album jacket is exceptional too but has a few tiny detectable signs of wear, it might be near mint but I'll just say EX+ There's likely not one out there as good as this one! One unusual thing also that I haven't been able to find any info on, is inside the gatefold it was stamped "AUDITION COPY" in large letters and apparently the ink was damp and the album closed after it was stamped so you can see the impression on the opposite side as well, if you know anything about this I'd love to hear it!
