- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG++ (Side 1 has very faint scribble)
- Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Wear at corners. Bottom right corner going up on edge a bit has a small bit of surface off. Crease on both sides from record especially on top and bottom)
