You are bidding on a Vogue Picture Record (10" 78rpm), music by Art Mooney & His Orchestra, "I've Been Working On The Railroad" & " You're Nobody Til Somebody Loves You", #R713. This record has no chips or cracks, but has scratches. This Vogue picture record is still a nice example of this period piece. The colors on the two sided picture record are still vivid despite the scratches. I should mention that those blue & white streaks on the record is reflected sunlight.
