Set of 22 vintage Seeburg 1000 Matching Christmas Library vinyl records in a Seeburg company cardboard shipping box. Records were originally shipped December 9th, 1976. All records except one are in glassene sleeves and all are 9" in diameter with a 2" hole. Approximately 40 minutes of music on each side. For use on Seeburg BMS or BMC systems or played at 16 2/3 RPM. Seeburg Christmas Library sets consisted of 25 records, so here we have a near-complete set of 22/25. "A" and "B" sides were not identified by Seeburg on this set, so someone made that handwritten designation on both sides of all records.
Records are in very good condition. Bright, glossy appearance, with no scratches visible on records 1-21. Looking at them in sunlight you can see a little dust on most of them, though, so you'll want to give them a standard cleaning before playing. Record 22 is the one without a sleeve so it has some scuffs, some more dust and also appears to be slightly warped. Another thing to mention is that some of the records have settled due to long storage stacked in their shipping carton; that is, some are not perfectly flat. Records 1-18 are flat or have a difference of about 1/16" from outside edge to center hole. Records 19-21 are more like 1/8" off from edge to center hole. This probably won't affect play but it's something to consider before bidding. Some sleeves have tears as seen.
Records will be shipped in their original box inside a bigger box with plenty of padding in between to insure a safe journey.
