Album Description: Om Pushne Namah is a powerful continuation of Vulcano’s legacy—one of the earliest and most important extreme metal bands in Latin America, forming back in the early '80s. This LP delivers raw, chaotic black/thrash warfare, drenched in occult mysticism, ritualistic intensity, and blistering speed. With a title referencing a Sanskrit mantra, the album takes a spiritual detour through destruction and darkness, fusing relentless aggression with esoteric themes.
The production is purposefully coarse—true to the DIY ethos of the Brazilian underground—and the instrumentation is brutal and unfiltered. Expect savage tremolo riffs, thunderous drumming, tortured vocals, and a relentless pace that evokes both the first wave of black metal and the roots of death metal. Fans of early Sepultura, Sarcofago, and Possessed will find a natural spiritual home here.
This LP is not just music—it's an artifact of resistance, a totem of Brazilian metal's primal energy and relentless evolution.
