Description

Part of an astonishing collection of records I have agreed to sell on behalf of a friend, here is a superb UK copy of The Wailers' classic Island LP 'Catch A Fire', ILPS-9241 complete with the rare zippo lighter sleeve. A-3U/B-4U matrices.

Sleeve is in FABULOUS SHAPE!! The structure is just superb, with only a couple of light creases visible on the back, top and bottom left and a very light corner crease on the front, top right; the eyelet hinge has a little light creasing, but nothing major at all. All of the edges are clean and tidy, with only the bottom edge showing a little wear, barely noticeable! Colour is also superb, inside and out, with a hint of outer cover wear! None of these minor faults detract from what is a truly WONDERFUL SLEEVE!! It certainly grades EX+!!

Vinyl is in equally super condition, superb, clean, strong audio; there are a couple of the lightest hairlines on side B, with absolutely no effect on audio! The vinyl easily grades EX+ and is possibly undergraded! A lovely copy of this great and rare Island LP!!
