promo vinyl EP
Gold-stamped promo copy that includes the lyric insert, the two sided letter/t-shirt order form (which includes a contact address that was pasted to the upper-right corner of the letter and has since come loose but is still present), and what I think is the coolest piece: a 3.75" x 6" photo negative of the band (which I assume is for use in magazines/newspapers). I haven't seen another copy that has this.
This is the first reissue (catalog number SP 70401) that is on Index Records with Index labels distributed by IRS/A&M Records.
This has been ultrasonic cleaned (HumminGuru) and play tested on my Fluance RT84.
The record is in Near Mint condition. The vinyl has some paper scuffs but plays almost dead quiet, even between songs.
Sleeve in VG+ condition with some rubbing/pressing to corners, some abrasion on the front at corner above WALL OF VOODOO, and a few short light creases along the spine (see photos). With original plain inner sleeve; I have added an anti-static inner sleeve to house the vinyl, and a protective outer sleeve. The lyric insert is in Near Mint condition with some creases but no tears.
This will be shipped in a Bags Unlimited Mighty Music Mailer, a cardboard LP mailer with elongated edges designed to decrease the likelihood of damage to edges/corners during shipment. I will separate the vinyl/inner sleeve from the outer sleeve to avoid seam splits in transit.
