⭐ WALT DISNEY – PROFESSOR LUDWIG VON DRAKE – 1961 – DISNEYLAND RECORDS DQ‑1222 – NM/NM
A remarkably well‑preserved 1961 Disneyland Records original featuring Professor Ludwig von Drake, one of Disney’s most iconic early‑television characters. Children’s records from this era are almost never found in true collector condition — yet this copy is NM/NM, bright, clean, and shockingly intact for a 63‑year‑old title.
The vinyl plays very well, with only a few isolated clicks on each side, nothing repeating and no groove damage. The sleeve is very colorful, glossy, and beautifully preserved, with only very light corner dents on three corners — exceptionally minor for a 1961 children’s LP. The only inner sleeve present is a poly sleeve, which was already on the record when you acquired it — a lucky break, because it clearly helped preserve the vinyl.
This is easily one of the nicest surviving examples of DQ‑1222.
