We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the mail.  Please consider this before bidding.  For added security, we offer the option of insurance on domestic parcels, and registration and/or Express Mail service for international parcels. 

We do our best to ship Thursday each week respective to receipt of clear payment. Please be patient regarding shipping time.

 US Customers: Please be aware that Media Mail can, but usually does not, take up to 12 business days to arrive (and on rare occasions even longer). In most cases it will arrive at your door within 5 days of the date shipped. Please, do not hold me responsible if the Post Office's delivery is slow. I cannot control that. If you want your item to come to you more quickly, please choose Priority Mail on  your invoice.

Worldwide customers: Please be aware that First Class Mail can take several weeks to arrive (and on some occasions even longer).  I will, unless otherwise agreed upon, ship your item within 7 days of receiving your payment.  Please, do not hold me responsible if the Post Office's delivery is slow. I cannot control that. If you want your item to come to you more quickly, please choose Priority Mail on  your invoice.

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We do not have professional record cleaning materials so we do not clean the vinyls we sell.

Record Grading: Standard guidelines for grading records comes down to a subjective judgment that may vary from person to person. We grade records and LP covers visually AND (when possible) play-tested. We make every effort to give full disclosure and your satisfaction is guaranteed. We use the Goldmine rating system but grading can still be a matter of opinion example..... Don't assume that our vinyl determination of "Very Good+" is the same as yours!
