--WARHORSE--RED SEA-- UK ORIGINAL VERY FIRST PRESSING WITH VERY FIRST PRESSING SLEEVE,1971, stereo 6360 066
The 63rd of 87 UK pressings on this label.
SLEEVE.....GATEFOLD and UN-LAMINATED. This delicate un-laminated surface LOOKS ALMOST NEW definately the best I have ever seen. It is in GREAT condition showing LIGHT wear. It is a GENUINE VERY FIRST PRESSING. This album was never re-issued by Vertigo. This is an out standing copy of this sleeve. It is very flat and square. The colours are very strong and vibrant LIKE NEW.
The top edge is NEAR MINT with ALMOST NO wear. The bottom edge HAS LIGHT WEAR The front is N/MINT with NO UNWANTED WRITING, NO STICKER TEARS, NO STICKERS AND NO STAINING The rear is in wonderful N/MINT minus condition only lite ring wear to the very bottom. The opening edges are in lovely condition with no tears.
The spine is one if the very few swirls without text of any sort and is in MINT condition . The inside gatefold is in fantastic condition and is clean and bright. The only other sign of wear ( and it is minimal) is to the very very tips of the corners. This album comes with AN ORIGINAL VERY FIRST PRESSING SWIRL INNER SLEEVE in fantastic condition,
LABELS......This is a genuine first pressing. Both labels are in wonderful condition, beautifully white but you can tell the lp was played because of the many spindle hole marks,
VINYL....Both sides of this fantastic album have surface marks, when you hold this album in the very brightest of lights you can see some very light surface marks. In normal daylight this album is PRISTINE. have played this album on my very sensitive and revealing 5k turntable and the sound is UN-WORN, it is full and crisp there is NO loss of sound quality at all, wonderful sound stage and stereo seperation. There are a very small amount of dust crackles , but a professional clean should sort out most of that.This is a superb album in the most wonderful of conditions. These HEAVY VINYL origional pressings are second to none. This really is a beautifol copy that any collector would be delighted to add to their collection, a real KEEPER . .
THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST ALBUMS ON THIS LABEL AND GETTING VERY HARD TO FIND IN ANY CONDITION. IT IS RARE IN THIS 'SUPERB' CONDITION.
BACK IN 1972 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED, IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS - AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!! AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!

This is a extremely rare lp, especialy in this condition, that plays wonderfully with great audiophile dynamics. It has been stored upright in a specially designed
album sleeve in a smoke, pet, kid, free air conditioned environment, (my listening room). These audiophile treasures are becoming extremely difficult to find.
