Wayne Folk
“Man Of Many Faces” Original 33-1/3 RPM Vinyl 2x12” 2005 Electro / Techno / Minimal / House LP! No Reserve!

DESCRIPTION

Wayne Folk - “Man Of Many Faces” Metrarecords #003 (Stereo) from 2005. Hard to find Original House / Electronic / Techno / Minimal 2x12” LP from Wayne Folk with help from 8.Bliss on a couple tracks. On his own Metrarecords label! This 11 Track Vinyl release is different from the 8 Track Digital release by the same name.

CONDITION

The sleeve is in nice shape. There is some slight ring impression and light ring wear. There are creases in the corners and some edge creasing. There is a cluster of scratches in the center front near the spine. All pretty minor and looks great, no splits, tears, writing, stains, cutouts, etc. and should still rate VG+. The Vinyl is in Pristine Glossy condition looking pretty much like New and quite possibly Unplayed. There is a small scuff at the start of Side-C song 1 “Bones” which does not affect play. If you look closely you might be able to find a couple slight scuffs elsewhere but very close to New condition and easily Near Mint. The Labels are also Near Mint.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Records are graded to the best of my ability to Goldmine Visual standards. If I provide Play Grades it is done as a courtesy but I only guarantee the Visual Grade. If you are not familiar with this grading system (or even if you think you are!), please check it out before bidding. I have summarized the important (i.e. I think everyone knows what Mint means) points below in Goldmine's words:
Very Good Plus (VG+): Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK.
Very Good (VG): Surface noise will be evident upon playing,... Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these Goldmine guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG record!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less! If you are not satisfied that a purchase meets my description, I will do what I can to make it right if you give me the chance and work with me! Please feel free to check my feedback.

You are responsible for any fees - Customs, taxes, V.A.T., etc. - that you may inccur. Likewise lost or stolen items. I am happy to ship by any method that you prefer and to Register, Insure or otherwise protect your shipment but these all cost $$$ and are, therefore, optional. I am happy to combine postage on multiple purchases for International orders and only charge actual postage - please ask for an invoice, I will have to calculate costs.

Please read and understand: EBay / PayPal now requires door to door tracking and Insurance on all shipments! I strongly encourage customers to choose this option for both of our protection. I understand that this is painfully expensive particularly for overseas bidders. I am going out on a limb by allowing my overseas customers to choose shipping via regular 1st Class mail. If you choose to have your item shipped without Tracking or Insurance, you specifically agree to relinquish any and all rights to claims or refunds for loss or damage via eBay, PayPal or Credit Card companies and to abide exclusively by the terms as set forth in this auction. My apologies for the necessity of the legalese... once bitten…
