WESS - Superwess KILLER B-BOY DEEP FUNK BREAKS LP

WESS & THE AIRDALES - SUPERWESS on DURIUM from 1969
Description:  Original Italian pressing on Durium from 1969. This is the Lp that includes the incredible deep funk anthem BLACK OUT (written by Vince Tempera) with heavy funky guitar hook, brass stabs, shaking B-Boy drum breaks / hip hop beats, percussions and timbales solos. Reissued by Jazzman Gerald many years ago and a favourite in the deep funk scene, easly one of the best deep funk cut with "the brother's groove"! IMO much better than the cover version of "Funky Nassau" and "Vehicle" that Kon & Amir comped for their influential King of Diggin compilation with Dj Muro! This original Italian Lp seldom comes up for sale and have a superior production sound to the later Spanish 2nd pressing. Rare LP!!

Conditions: Original laminated picture sleeve cover is EX+, moderate ring wear. Record is visually VG / VG+, with some superficial signs that don't affect play. Plays really well overall and the sound is loud!! Sound clip is recorded from the actual record for sale. Please listen carefully to it!

Grading system: M, EX, VG+, VG, G
