WESTMINSTER WL 5072
Original Scarce Green Label (1951)
Celebrated Rumanian pianist Clara Haskil (1895-1960) performs 11 Sonatas for Piano by Baroque composer & harpsichordist Domenico Scarlatti. Beautiful lyrical performance by the great Clara Haskil! Personally, one of my favorite keyboard recordings. Record is visually in Excellent++ condition. I carefully play graded this scarce record & the first side plays closer to NM-. Side two has some occasional light ticking due to surface but nothing distracting. NO scratches that tick loudly! All in all an excellent copy of a very scarce record & thoroughly enjoyable listening experience. Jacket is NM-. First copy I have ever offered of this rare Westminster.
