WHALE All Keyed Up lp. very rare lp here as you know. still sealed warehouse find. never opened. the shrinkwrap is torn at the top but it was never opened. this was in the Acid Archives book. see pictures. Description : Rare circa 1977 private pressing from Marathon, FL. This is a duo of a guitarist and a female singer with some band backing. Pretty strange mix of heavy rock, lounge moves, C&W...it's all over the place. Read the Acid Archives review of this one for a better description than I could ever give. The engineers credited on this LP are the two main people in the obscure "Key Lime Pie Band" whose private LP I have listed elesewhere so perhaps they were part of the same local scene back then. May appeal to AOR and Hard Rock collectors but it's more likely to appeal to WEIRD collectors. Some of the heavy guitar solos sound as if the guy is soloing over some other tune entirely.
