Description

This is it ladies and gentlemen, the ultra, super rare and highly sought after collectible - The White Stripes Top Special 3 inch record single...This item is so rare it is almost legendary...It was only sold at the last leg of the White Stripes 2005 tour, and many did not know it existed, much less know what it was.  Top Special is a specially recorded song that is ONLY AVAILABLE IN THIS 3 INCH FORMAT!  It was specifically made as a promotion for this tour to be sold as a companion piece to the mythical Inchophone, the 3 inch record player that was limited to only 400 worlwide.  Both the Top Special single and the Inchophone are long sold out and will never return, as Bandai's production of the Inchophone has forever ceased and the White Stripes bought the last 400 in existence.  As this single was meant to be played on the inchophone, it follows that this single will also never be produced, which makes it one of the rarest and most coveted music collectibles anywhere...Rumours abound about how rare this record is - another current eBay listing states that there are only 100 worldwide...I don't claim to know the true pressing number, but it is very very low whatever it is...

Both the secondary values of the inchophone and of this single have skyrocketed - they have already topped $200 in past eBay auctions and current auctioneers want upwards of $250 - but once collectors gobble them all up, there won't be any available anywhere, so take your chance now before the supply of this rare item forever dries up.  NOTE: for those of you not fortunate to have a 3 inch record player, you can listen to this record with any record player that does not have an automatic return - i.e one that would play all the way to the spindle...

This copy of Top Special is in perfect, mint condition and has never been played or handled in any way.  I accept Paypal, money order and check.  I will mail this via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.
