US 1995, Sire 1-45857
Very, very rare vinyl copy of Wilco's wonderful debut album, released shortly after Uncle Tupelo had split. It took me a while to get used to Wilco, but now I think this LP is one of the best of the 1990s.
Vinyl: ex-
( hard to grade: has some scuffs from the rather rigid plastic sleeve, but it plays great, without any noise)
Sleeve: vg-
(the previous owner had obviously peeled off the sticker and then put it back on, so it looks rather worn; there's also a small split in the middle of the bottom seam, so it gets a low grade)
Grading system for vinyl:
mint-: As good as new, without any background noise
ex : Shows only very minor signs that it was played. There might only be very, very light crackle at times, but nothing serious. Even most mint-collectors should be satisfied with records in this category.
vg+: Light occasional crackle and perhaps an occasional minor “pop” might occur; still very good to listen to.
vg: There is (occasional) background noise, but no major flaws. Details are explained in each description.
vg-: Still enjoyable, but background noise can at times disturb the fun. Details are explained in each description.
