Description
WILD NOTHING -- GEMINI LP on Captured Tracks Records, 2010. This is a heat-seeker! Winner of Pitchfork.com's coveted Best New Music status (review: http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/14280-gemini/), Virginia's WILD NOTHING, the bedroom project of Jack Tatum, is a killer. Slumberland/4AD/Creation-style gauze-rock, with summer anthems galore. Or something.
I ordered the LP because I wanted the Beach Fossils LP, and you had to order them together to get the clear editions... Captured Tracks didn't say on the order form how many clear copies were pressed, but their Facebook group says 150 sold through the label, and 150 through the band. If you weren't one of the lucky ones to score a copy online, here's your second chance. I played the A-side only once, and didn't play the B-side. I like it, but I'm content with the first 7". Here's your chance. This is a MINT COPY! There's a little smudge of screenprint ink on the back of the sleeve, and the front ink is a little chalky, so I put it all in a plastic sleeve for you, free of charge. Ain't I sweet??
I'll send this thing anywhere with Delivery Confirmed USPS Media Mail, quick as a flash. I'll also ship internationally, by whatever method you prefer. If you're in Italy, though, I'm only going to send it via Registered Mail, which may be somewhat slower than a flash, and not your preferred method.
Bid with confidence, and ask me any questions you have.
