Description
Will Weldon Victor 21134 Turpentine Blues / Hitch Me To Your Buggy And Drive Me Like A Mule Weldon was a guitarist for the Memphis Jug Band (also Memphis Minnie's first husband) and these were
his only solo sides (Oct. 1927). He's been historically confused with Casey Bill Weldon. This record is
well worn and plays with steady hiss. In spite of that, you can still hear all of the guitar and vocals very well
and both sides play through without skips, hung grooves, distortion blasts, loud pops or ticks. Still an enjoyable record.
All Records are play graded on a portable Califone 1450K record player.
