Here is a musically superb very rare 1969 Deram label Acid-Psych-Folk album by the very obscure 'William R. Strickland'. This is a true stoned downer drug-induced Acid-Psych-Folk masterpiece that not too many would have heard, due to his massive obscurity and the strangeness of some of his music, this album sold practically nil and so it is now is very rare and getting near impossible find in excellent condition, this copy on offer here in in superb very clean near mint condition and has been barely played at all.

If you like 'Simon Finn's' brilliant 1970 Mushroom label album 'Pass The Distance' and similar artists, then this little known very rare and obscure Acid-Psych-Folk gem by 'Willian R. Strickland' will be right up your street and will definitely not disappoint, it's pretty strange and very dark and twisted and atmospheric in places but the music is always brilliant and the feel of the album is always really excellent throughout. This is one to listen to very late at night with a few modified roll-ups and a few jars of Cider.

THICK STEREO VINYL = EX+++/NM

Both sides of the thick stereo vinyl are in stunning near mint very clean playing condition, there are no nasty surface marks, scuffs or scratches at all, there are only a few very light hard to spot sleeve withdrawal traces that do not affect play. All tracks play as good as new with a top excellent sound quality that is free clicks and pops and loud crackle. This rare album has only ever had just one or two careful plays since new so there is no lessoning in the sound quality at all. This is just a stunning original clean playing stereo copy that will definitely not disappoint in any way.

STEREO DERAM LABELS = NM

Both stereo Deram labels are in brilliant very clean condition and still look as new, both labels are free of marks, writing or wear, there are no visible spindle traces on either side, this is a good indication that this album has been barely played.

FRONT LAMINATED SLEEVE = EX

The front laminated matt backed cover was made and printed in England by S.P. Ltd. The front lamination is excellent and glossy with just a few small creases along the spine and just one or two more small lamination shifts right near the opening edge, there is also a tiny amount of lifting at the bottom left corner. The black matt back is still excellent and clean with nothing more than some very light traces of storage wear. The top and bottom edges and the spine are free of wear and all spine text is bold and clear and easy to read. This cover still looks in excellent condition with no major defects at all. The original blue-white stereo poly-lined inner sleeve is in very good+ condition with no splits or rips.
