WILLIE DIXON-THE CHESS BOX 1988 CHESS RECORDS PROMO COPY 3 LP BOX SET W/ BOOKLET CH3-16500 IN A SOLID VG++ CONDITION. CLEAN VINYL X 3!! 36 songs, 3 lp's and a 12 page booklet from one of the legends of the blues, Willie Dixon. You'll likely hear how all of the British band of the late 60's "borrowed" his style and in some cases flat out stole his original songs. No fan of the blues should be without this rare gem because if you love the Blues, then you already love Willie Dixon, a cornerstone of the genre!!

****In the picture there are 4 lp's, one of those belongs to an Etta James box set and does not belong in the picture.*****

The records are in a solid VG++ condition, nice and clean, all play well throughout. The box has a sticker that says Sample Copy over the back barcode and there is a small tear on the top wall of the box. The booklet is unsullied and the original inner sleeves are intact. A stellar buy!!
