Matrix numbers : YEX 987-1 / NICK W & YEX 988-1 / NICK
The sleeve is in EX condition showing some signs of storage wear but no damage to edges. 
The inner sleeve is in excellent+ condition showing light creasing and small seam split to bottom edge.
The vinyl is in mint condition looks like one or maybe two plays only.
The record has been placed in a brand new black poly lined inner sleeve to protect it
This record has been cleaned with 'Record Restorer'.
