The Gatefold Sleeve has some inevitable shelf wear but overall is in great condition and the spine can be clearly read.  There is some ring wear, some small edge creases but all intact.

The LP Record has surface, playing marks and a few surface marks but no major defects.  VG/VG+ - Nice, clean labels
