WITCHCRAFT (swe) "No Angel or Demon" 7" EP
Primitive Art Records 2002.
Blue Vinyl limited to 500 copies.
Rare and out of print for ages.
"No Angel or Demon" is the debut release from the Swedish doom metal band Witchcraft.
The single was released by Primitive Art Records in 2002. The version of "No Angel or Demon"
is the same version that appears on "Witchcraft", however the version of "You Bury Your Head"
is different from the version that appears on "Witchcraft" album. This version was later
released on the split 12" with The Sword. There were 500 pressed on clear blue vinyl and
an unknown number on black vinyl. The inner sleeve reads:
"Witchcraft originally started out as a solo project but has today evolved into a full force.
The musicians on this recording are not in the band, they are just some friendly people who
helped me made (sic) a dream come true. The vision I had was to record something dedicated
to two very special musicians. This one is for you: Bobby Liebling, forever my king and Roky
Erickson who taught my demons to sing!" -Magnus Pelander
A must for fans of Black Sabbath, Jethro Tull, Witchfinder General, Saint Vitus, Pentagram,
Burning Saviours, Electric Wizard, etc. Now the band is signed to Rise above records.
