Description

 Up for auction is a copy of Witchfinder General's 1982 album Death Penalty, made in 1982 in the UK by Heavy Metal Records.  The vinyl itself is clear vinyl (the picture of the record has the white inner sleeve behind it, so that's why it appears white, but it is actually clear) in EX+ condition, while the cover is in EX condition due to a seam split at the top (see below for grading chart).

Grading chart:
NM (near mint)-Exactly what it says, means just about as good as new.  Cover has no damage to seams or corners, little to no wear; record has no signs of play.
EX+ (excellent +)-A damn good copy.  Cover may have some wear, some minor damage to a corner or two; record may have some faint hairlines but no deep scratches.
EX (excellent)-Not bad,  Cover may have one of the following: a split seam, corner damage, or moderate ring wear; record may have hairlines but no deep scratches.
VG+ (very good +)-A passable copy.  Cover may have more than one of the following: split seam, corner damage, or ring wear; record may have significant hairlines or a noticeable scratch or two.
VG (very good)-Cover has major seam or corner damage or wear; record has significant scratching.

For cover grades, if the item has a cut-out, it is mentioned in the listing.  However, this is not taken into account in the grading of the cover.  Feel free to adjust the cover grade accordingly if you feel that a cut-out affects a cover grade as a matter of principle.

All records that I sell are original issue unless noted (original issue meaning manufactured in the 1980's or before, so no '90's or 2000's re-issues).
