Description
One of the Rare Beatles label mispressings:
WITH THE BEATLES, Parlophone PCS 3045, November 1963 First Press, Stereo.
This is one of the very 1st UK stereo pressings with 'PARLOPHONE CO LTD.' on the rim of the label, and 'Recording First Published 1963'. GOTTA mis-spelling and Jobete credits for 'Money' Side 1 :- Yex 110-2 Stamper code 3GG Side 2 :- Yex 111-2 Stamper code 3GG Tax code - KT. Weight - approx 168gms The Sleeve. The sleeve has the large-size stereo logo in upper right corner on the front cover. It is in excellent condition, no tears, marks or writing. A clean and correct example with a little storageware but no damage. The opening edges shows some 'feathering' but there are no tears. The inner sleeve, which is the correct 'Emitex' inner, shows a little age fading but has no rips or damage apart from where it has been folded on the record at the corners, and shows the 'Patents Applied For' wording. Both sides of the opening edge have become unstuck (not ripped) for about half an inch.
The record labels show no signs of ware apart from a few 'find the spindle' marks. The 'KT' code is stamped on side 2.
The record.
Visual - There is a small hairline across the final two thirds of track one and there a couple of other light marks but these do not affect the sound. There a few hairline marks on side two and a tiny scuff mark on track 6 but again do not affect it's play. Non of the marks can be felt. The record lies flat on the turntable.
Sound - There is a short crackle on the initial 'take up' track on both sides but after that it is pleasant listening. On side 2 there is a click between tracks 4 and 5 and a couple more during run-off. There are no 'pops', and the record does not jump or stick.
This record is in exellent condition, one of the best you are likely to find anywhere today.
I have not tried to grade the record as I am not that experienced and everybody has different ideas, but I have given my honest description as best I can. Please look at the pictures and decide the quality yourself. I have confidence in the quality of the record and my description. I think it will be hard to find a better used copy of this great record.
If you need any more information, or if I have left anything out please contact me, I'll be pleased to help.
I will be listing my 'Please Please Me' First Pressing shortly, keep a look out, it's in as good, if not better condition than this record.
I accept returns. If the record is returned to me within 7 days and I find it to be in the same condition as it was originally sent, I will return the full purchase price. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The record is available for inspection.

Answer to a question I've been asked. - The record has not been played that many times because I used to copy all my vinyl to tape or cassette. I have owned the record since new.
