78 Record Grading MINT (M) = Looks new. Shows no sign of use. NEAR MINT (NM) = Shows that it has been played, otherwise near perfect. EXCELLENT (E) = Shows slight wear with original shine. Minimum noise. No surface faults of any consequence. VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) = Shows wear with light grayness in some of the grooves. May have some light scratches or rubs. some noise , but should not overwhelm the music. VERY GOOD (VG) = The average playable record with grayness in the grooves, light scratches or rubs, noise is stronger but acceptable. May have slight label wear. Collectible. VERY GOOD MINUS (VG-) = Major faults such as multiple scratches , rubs, digs and serious needle runs. Graying all over. Noise still tolerable. Has been played often. Labels have problems. Still acceptable. GOOD (G) = Not really good. Almost a filler. Major multiple faults. Noise exceeds music. Used only for a rare or scarce record. Poor (P) = Filler only. Sold "as is" with no refund. Only the rarest records would be sold in this condition. An additional Plus (+) and Minus (-) is used for more detailed accuracy. Some records may have two grades to reflect the condition of each side - if different. Example: A side/B side = E/VG-. I do a visual inspection under strong and angled light. 78 records are packed securely with extra cardboard and shipped in a large enough box to accommodate extra packing . SHIPPING FEE'S ARE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN LP BECAUSE THEY ARE HEAVIER AND ALSO REQUIRE MORE PACKING - OVERSEAS BUYERS, CONTACT ME FOR SHIPPING COST.
