This is a very rare issue of the "Pinocchio" original motion picture soundtrack from 1956. 
It's part of the Disneyland "WDL-4000" series--Disney's first in-house record label 12" albums.

This is the most collectible Disney series! 
These were quality produced albums, initially targeted at the "adult" market buyers, but they did not sell well. 
They had vibrant cover graphics and colors, substantial cardboard covers and were excellent vinyl pressings.  Many animation art collectors have bought some of these titles at auction as substitutes for near cel-quality artwork. 
They originally sold for $4.98 each.

"Pinocchio" was only the second LP released on the Disneyland label, and was one of only two LPs issued on the original yellow labels. The first WDL issue was "Song Of The South.
