Description

This is the original deep-groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Walter Davis Jr. “Davis Cup” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 4018. Other than an inaudible handling mark at the beginning of Side 1, the playing surface is in beautiful condition, with a high luster. The laminated West 63rd St. cover is clean and bright throughout; small writing on the back slick, next to the song titles; ¼” on the top seam, at the opening; two 1/8” lamination chips on the spine; several small lamination chips along the bottom seam.
