I am not a professional grader but I would say the condition of the cover and record is as follows;

Cover Condition -   Very Good ++ to Excellent, some wear around the edges and corners. The guitar shape is intact with the neck of the guitar.

Original Inner Sleeve - Excellent+

Record Condition  -   Near Mint-
