Description
Up for sale is the album The Party Ain't Over by Wanda Jackson. What is special about this record is that the cover has the secret joke in it instead of the standard song greeting gatefold. That's right, no music but instead a joke told by Wanda Jackson! I won't divulge the joke itself, but it's interesting to hear her tell it when you open the cover. It's unknown how many joke covers there are, but some put the number at less than 50. I've only seen 1 or 2 on eBay since they were sold exclusively at SXSW earlier this year. It's actually harder to find one of these covers than the fuscia album. Unfortunately there is a seam split on the upper seam on the second half of the gatefold. There are also some wear spots on the back that I hadn't seen before, I've included pictures below. I bought it that way and will pass it along to you in the same condition I received it. See the picture below. I am also including the Hatch Show Print that was only included in the first 1000 sold from Third Man Records and did not originally come with this record. BONUS! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I do not ship outside the U.S.
