boxed, ready to roll via media mail. Of course!! I'll combine items whenever possible to save postal costs for you. Ebay and PayPal penalize me whenever their software causes delays in mailing, they even go so far as to blame me on the rare occasions USPS does not show up for a scheduled pick up. In order to over come those problem I estimate 5 days to compensate even though items are boxed and ready to go before being listed.

I am not running a business, I am a hobbyist like you. Since I am retired I have time to devote to solving problems, a lot more time than eBay allows for any of their employees who sit in from of a computer reading what eBay wants them to tell you, regardless of how ridiculous it is.

PayPal knows they have problems with people who have to use a cell phone for internet service. By using their software PayPal sends funds to USPS for postage knowing full well that one cannot print the mailing label to use the postage. Plus PayPal does not link with eBay to retrieve you name and mailing information. Plus PayPal does not have any qualms delaying your item being mailed to you. Many times they retain the funds you send to pay for your item, retain the funds you send to have your item mailed to you. A few days after you receive it they release your funds and then take 3-5 days to transfer the funds you sent into my account. While they sit on your funds they invest them into a highly liquid investment. Your funds sit there until they actually arrive in my account.
