Signed card did not come with the album on release. Though it is of era. 
There are two sellotape marks on it & light scuffs. 
 Writing says: 'To Kerry lee, Love George' & 'Love Adam xxx' in blue biro.
Picture card has text in bottom corner 'Walkerprint London'.
