Description
This is the rare White Stripes Triple Inchophone which was sold in Detroit, Michigan at the Masonic Temple during the last 3 shows of the US portion of the "Get Behind Me Satan" tour.
The Triple Inchophone is a record player that only plays 3" singles, so the White Stripes put out six singles in a 3" format, with 3" picture sleeves. Singles include: Hotel Yorba, Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground, Fell in Love with a Girl, 7 Nation Army, Blue Orchid and The Hardest Button to Button. Also included is a new song, "Top Special" which will not be released in any other format ever, making it possibly the rarest most collectible White Stripes Single ever, and this is the only way to hear it.
Only 400 total of the player and singles were produced, making this one of the rarest White Stripes Collectibles. The record player box and records have never been opened, so they should be in mint condition. The record player even has a speed control adjustment to change the speed of the records you are playing if your batteries run low.
This inchophone was purchased at the October 1st Detroit show. It fits perfectly inside the 45 box that I have listed in a different auction.
Shipping insurance in required, as this a such a rare item.
