I purchased this album myself at Wuxtry in Athens, GA in 1989.  It has been stored and cared for properly.  It is in original mint condition!

No cuts or notches or apparent wear to corners or spine. Probably due to small breather holes,1 each front & back, there no evidence of excessive shrinkage.
