Wild Man Fischer 1969 An Evening With 2LP
Rare opportunity to acquire this never-released-on-CD 2LP from Frank Zappa's Bizarre Records, here seen in its so-called 'autocoupled' version, ie: side one and side four together, side two and three together. Weird. Clad in a crisp heavy US gatefold with cutout, the current owner bought this album as new old stock in 1979 and has played it twice only, the second time being as a check for this auction. The records, which feature blue Bizarre labels with the green drawing, are in superb condition except for the moments directly between songs 'The Leaves Are Falling and '85 Times', at which point the record sticks. The only other merciful moment is Kim Fowley's memorable monologue on side one citing Fischer as the future of everything. He was not. But taken in this 2LP dose, you may be able to scare every bad neighbour away in one fell swoop. Many thanks for looking.
