Side 1 William Castle's Ghost Story - The Horrors of Mansfield House
1. The Deadly Dog - A knock at the door. A guest arrives. The sniffing and panting of a hungry dog begins. The guest secludes himself in his room. But the barking and vicious snarling increases. The howling gets louder. Scratches at the window. The breaking of glass. The Attack. Screams. And another victim has been fed to the guardian of Mansfield House.
2. The Deadly Orchid - A stroll in the gardens of Mansfield House confronts Mrs. Briles with thousands of insatiable bees and a woman eating orchid.
3. The Dead Do Return - Mr. Lewis is to find no peace in his room this night. The Corpse he thought he had disposed of has returned to give back the favor.
4. The Deadly Waiter - Miss Mary order to room service for an evening nightcap brings a celebrated vampire in the guise of a waiter to her door. He helps himself to a bloody Mary.
5. Lobotomy And The Shock Treatment - Mansfield House's psychedelic night club feature an usually mad/mod group called Lobotomy and the Shock Treatment. Their admirers end up in straight jackets.

- Cover: VG+VG+ (Shrink Wrap still on. Piece torn off on front bottom right corner. Also torn on back bottom left corner.. Corners have a bit of wear and a bit of wear on bottom edge)
- Vinyl: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, makes is sound scarier. Side 2 has some popping 3/4 way through 1st track, otherwise faint surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)
- Labels: VG++VG++
