Wishbone Ash, 'Pilgrimage'.
Original UK MCA orange & brown dogbone label 1st press LP.
The second LP by Torquay's pioneers of Prog Rock Wishbone Ash, with the earliest 1st press 3-L 1-L matrices! The Robert Stace matt gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light corner/edge wear and some light rubbing on the outer cover. The spine is intact, but there is some sun fading and it is still readable, the blue company inner intact & in EX condition. The record is in visually EX condition, with only a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines/scuffs visible on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a few light spindle markings! The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud hiss, pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some low background noise during the run in grooves, overall, a really great, loud & punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; 7-LNMG-244-3-L stamper 1-B, 7-LNMG-245-1-L stamper 1-UM. This is one of the early copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1971 UK stereo issue of this album!!

All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!
