Description
This auction consists of two Beatles vinyl LPs - both on UK Parlophone label - black w/yellow - mono issues.
1) With The Beatles - PMC 1206 - black label w/silver print "The Parlophone Co. Ltd......" in the rim print. The label name is in yellow print as is their trademark. There is no printed resale statment across the label. Side 1 matrix "XEX 447-7N"; side 2 "XEX 448-7N". The vinyl has a few light scratches and scuffs - visually grades VG+. The labels are very nice. "You've Really Got A Hold On Me" is spelled correctly on the label, but is spelled "You've Really Gotta Hold On Me" on the cover.
The laminated cover was made by "Garrod & Lofthouse" and shows some general wear from handling and use. Grades VG.
2) Beatles For Sale - PMC 1240 - black label w/silver print "The Parlophone Co. Ltd....." in the rim print. The label name is in yellow print as is their trademark. There is the printed resale statement across the label. Side 1 matrix "XEX 503-4N" and side 2 "XEX 504-3N". The vinyl on this record has more scratches and scuffs than the first one. Visually grades VG.
The laminated gatefold cover has some wear from handling and use. Grades VG.
