Description
You are viewing an auction for The Beatles "With The Beatles" vinyl LP - Parlophone Records PCSO 3045 - Australian release.
This particular copy has orange "Columbia" labels. According to beatlesaustralia website - I Am The Platypus - the orange Columbia logo label was in all probability a simple paper stock mistake, on account of how both Parlophone & Columbia standard releases used the orange label style.
No imformation is available regarding the approximate number of LPs that went out with the Columbia labels, but given how seldom they are listed on eBay relative to their Parlophone counterparts, it is safe to count the orange Columbia labeled copies of "With The Beatles" among the short list of rarest Australian Beatles vinyl releases.
The cover has a small split on the top seam of about an inch or so. There is some handling wear and some shelf wear also evident - grades VG to VG+.
Songs are;
side 1 - It Won't Be Long, All I've Got To Do, All My Loving, Don't Bother Me, Little Child, Till There Was You, Please Mr Postman.
side 2 - Roll Over Beethoven, Hold Me Tight, You Really Gotta Hold On Me, I Wanna Be Your Man, Devil In Her Heart, Not A Second Time, Money.
The vinyl is in great condition with just some very light surface marks, etc - visually grades VG++. The dead wax on side 1 reads - YEX 110-4; side 2 - YEX 111-2.
The labels are in excellent unmarked condition.
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION.
Buyer pays $5 for shipping and handling. Combined shipping is available.
