In 1963, with a vision of Christian Education, Woodland Baptist Church started a Christian School. The first year was just kindergarten class. One grade was added each year with the total enrollment for the 1971-72 year reaching 350. A school gym and auditorium combination was completed this year. Plans are being completed for a new school building with future plans to include grades through high school. One of the outstanding projects of the school is this Ensemble. They have been a blessing to many people as they travel to sing in revivals and special services. Under the direction of Mr. Edward Stevens and accompanied by Miss Joan Brown at the organ and Miss Linda Mathis at the piano, they lift their voices in praise to Christ.
