Issued on custom 'X-ray Spex' labels in a fully laminated picture sleeve and cardstock inner sleeve with rounded corners, illustrated and with lyrics printed in brown.B4 is listed as "Germ Free Adolescence" on the labels, like on the single Germ Free Adolescence, however the sleeves of both the single and album (including the track title on the inner sleeve of this edition and subsequent reissues) have it as "Germfree Adolescents"
