Description
Welcome to my auctions. I have been a bit busy for the last four years or so (moving house, renovating etc. etc.) and have not had a chance to put my things on ebay for a while, but finally I now have some spare time to get my auctions back up and running again. Obviously due to my absence from selling on ebay my % score and DSR have disappeared, but if you click on my feedback number score and scroll through my old auctions you can see that I was a trustworthy and experienced seller starting way back in 2000, so please bid with confidence. Anyway, here we go again with my auctions.
This auction is for the 7'' vinyl single - XTC - SCIENCE FICTION b/w SHE'S SO SQUARE. 1977 Virgin VS 188. The 'a' has "VS-188-A-1" scratched into the run-off + rubber stamped date on the label. The 'b' side has "VS.188.B1" stamped into the run-off. Comes in new plain white sleeve. Condition: The labels = excellent, the vinyl = excellent - condition, plays great. When grading my records I use the Record Collector Magazines grading guide: Mint = Brand new condition. Excellent = The record will show some signs of being played, but very little lessening in sound quality. The cover etc. may have slight wear or creases. Very good = The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major sound deterioration, despite noticeable surface marks / light scratches. The cover would have normal wear and tear - no major defects unless mentioned. Each description might be tweaked with a + or - . I play all my records and will mention anything noticeable.
Postage and packing: UK = £ 1.30 via 1st class Royal Mail ( 1 to 3 singles ). Europe = £ 3.80 via Royal Mail airmail service. Rest of the world = £ 4.75 via Royal Mail airmail service. If you are buying more than one record I will try to combine postage to save you money, please therefore wait for my invoice. Signed for delivery is available, please ask for details. To comply with ebay rules all packages over £ 35.00 must be sent via a signed for tracked service. All my records are sent in a strong cardboard package marked '' vinyl records - please do not bend '' + '' fragile ''. Where appropriate, the record be taken out of its picture or company sleeve and put into a new plain sleeve to prevent record breakthrough damage to the picture sleeve whilst in transit. The items are then put in a new Covers 33 400g poly sleeve. A proof of posting certificate will be obtained for every package.
