For sale is the record:
Close to the Edge - Yes, SD 7244. It is the white label Promo version made in 1972. The cover has the leather like texture.

The vinyl has some small marks/scratches on both sides. The label looks to have some staining.
It has the original inner sleeve but it has a large split on the bottom and smaller splits in the middle of the sides.
The cover has some ringwear on the back and front along with wear on all sides. "Siberian Khatru" on the back has been circled in pen. The promo sticker on the front is mostly torn off and another sticker that was in the corner was taken off and left a mark. It also appears to have had a small cutout in the top left corner.
