Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Progressive records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare first U.K. stereo pressing of Yes – Yes on the PLUM - RED Atlantic label, cat. no. 588 190, with rare insert.
The record is in EX condition, there are a few non-sounding hairlines and one or two visible, but non-sounding lines. The labels are in EX condition as well, there are a few spindle marks only.
The cover is in VG condition, there is some slight ring wear on both front and back, and along the upper edge on the front there are some small creases and the spine has some bald spots. Further this cover looks very presentable, no writing, no rips or tears or other damage. The insert is also in VG condition, there is a stain on the front and it suffers from some very slight age browning.
This is an extremely rare U.K. pressing of Yes’ debut album on the PLUM - RED Atlantic label. Most pressings of this records have the Green – Orange label, with a completely different catalogue number. This is your chance to own an original Yes Record, before Atlantic was bought by the Kinney Group. Happy Bidding!
