33 RPM 12" Vinyl 5-LP Lot featuring violoncello master YO-YO MA 

SPOT-TESTED and LISTED AS "VISUALLY GRADED"

OFFICIALLY VISUALLY GRADED (just spot-tested for surface noise - perhaps some minor background noise, ticks, pops, etc.).

1. BACH:  Sonatas for Viola da Gamba & Harpsichord (Kenneth Cooper, harpsichord) - 1983 CBS Masterworks LP, catalog no. IM 37794.  Includes original CBS high quality inner sleeve.  VINYL:  Visual grade is VG+.  Spot-test grade is VG+ with a few random signs of surface noise.  COVER:  Just minor edge/corner wear (quite mild).
2. BEETHOVEN:  Cello Sonata No. 4, Op. 102, No. 1/ Variations (Emanuel Ax, piano) - 1986 CBS Masterworks LP, catalog no. IM 42121.  Includes original CBS high quality inner sleeve and outer sleeve.  VINYL:  Visual and spot-test grade is Near Mint.  COVER:  Excellent, one crease on upper right corner.  
3. BRAHMS:  Sonatas Nos. 1 & 2 for Cello and Piano (Emanuel Ax, piano) - 1985 RCA Red Seal Digital LP, catalog no. ARC1-7022.  Includes liner notes insert and the original RCA poly-lined inner sleeve.  VINYL:  VG+ with a few scratches/marks that may sound.  Mostly minor surface noise (crackles?).  Side A seems to have more noticeable surface noise than Side B.  The labels have a few dimples (pock marks?).   COVER:  Minor edge and corner wear (VG+).
4. DVORAK:  Cello Concerto, op. 104 (Lorin Maazel/Berliner Philharmoniker) - 1986 CBS Masterworks LP, catalog no. IM 42206.  Includes insert with artist bio and original CBS high quality inner sleeve.  VINYL:  Appearance is EX.  Sound quality is VG+ from spot-testing (a few crackles in spots).   Surface noise seems to be quite limited overall.  COVER:  The two right side corners are bumped, as pictured. Overall VG+ to EX.
5. SHOSTAKOVICH/KABALEVSKY:  Cello Concertos No. 1 - 1983 CBS Masterworks LP, catalog no. IM 37840.  Includes insert with artist bio and original CBS high quality inner sleeve.   VINYL:  Visual is Excellent.  Play grade is Excellent Plus based on spot-testing.  COVER:  Excellent with the slightest signs of wear, see photos.

As with all of the vinyl I offer, a thorough cleaning using a method of your choice is ALWAYS recommended and could potentially provide incremental (or better) improvements to the sound quality of your vinyl.
