Here is The Yardbird's first US album. It's easily one of he most influential albums to grace the mid-60s. This is the more desirable and valuable mono issue. The disk is NM. You'd have a tough time finding a cleaner one, because those who had it played the hell out of it. This album is famous for introducing the world to screaming guitars. It sounds rather tame in 2007 but the gave bands the nerve to play loud. Hey, it was 1965. Where would rock be today if the Yardbirds didn't open the door to letting the electric guitar be played unabashed? Need to replace your bashed up copy? Here it is. Good luck.

Artist/Band: The Yardbirds
Title: For Your Love
Label: Epic Records LN-24167
Year: 1965
Format: Mono
Disk: The glossy disk is spotless. This one grades NM
Cover: The cover is VERY crisp. But not NM like the disk. The seams are crisp. Two corners are nice and pointed. One is shrink pulled. The top left corner is bumped. Not bad, but it keeps it from NM. Shelfwear is only slight. There is a small bit of sticker residue on the back, but it's not much of an issue. This is a VERY presentable cover. It would please most. Considering the way most of these covers look, I am going to say EX, all issues addressed.
Inner Sleeve: Yellow Epic sleeve has some splits. Will send disk in a good one.
Comments: A great and sought after item.

My Record Grading

NM - Has no marks or surface noise, full gloss and clean labels. Covers will have no addressable wear, crisp seams and corners.
EX - Very close to NM but might have only LIGHT surface marks only visable under bright light. Covers show only the slightest shelfwear
VG+ - Disk might have superficial marks that do NOT affect play, has NO audible scratches. Might have rare occasional dust ticks audible between tracks. It is a well kept record that shows normal use. Cover shows it's age but has no serious ringwear or splits.
VG - Means VERY GOOD. The record is in realistic condition, but has NO deep scratches, skips or annoying surface noise. Might have light surface sound between tracks and quiet areas. But plays very good for an old record. Covers might have ringwear, minor splits and even writing, but is still presentable or even restorable.
G - Is an old used record that still plays good without skips. This is the condition of most 50s and 60s records and are usually not found for sale unless they are very rare. The cover still holds the record.

I ship records in a professional way. The disk will be sent out of the cover, packing assures safety to the cover.
