This is a Mono cover with stains; most of the bottom edge is split; a scrape on the back cover.

 

Ringo's black V-neck shirt (from the original butcher cover) can be seen in the photos just to the right of a circular stain.  It is very obvious when seen in person.  The lower right on the back shows a "6" indicating the Los Angeles pressing plant.
